Metro-Y Programme
Our mission is to bring together people of all ages, nationalities and cultures in a fun and safe environment, to create awareness and impart skills for healthy living.
We have a variety of our programmes and services to choose from, including Aquatics, Camping and Outdoor Adventure, Sports, Health and Fitness, International, Education and Enrichment Programmes.
Through our wide network of affiliation with our international YMCAs in all over the world, we are honored to have established long-term exchange relationships with Osaka YMCA and Seoul YMCA. As such, within our department, we have available programmes that are designed specially for our local Japanese and Korean communities in the areas of physical education, swimming, sports, camping and outdoor education, part of our caring for you with a more personal approach.
Metro-Y seeks to develop the individual by providing opportunities for growth through exposure to different fields of interest like music, the performing arts, sports, camping and outdoor adventure. There are avenues set for honing of skills and facilities available for wholesome recreation, all heading in the direction of the core values of Metro-Y: Caring, Honesty, Responsibility and Respect.
