Leading the change

M.Y Academy is our youth training programme that equips youths and industry professionals with critical skills and insights for our young generation to thrive in life, career and relationships. We seek to empower the next generation to be changemakers and lead with confidence in the face of adversities and challenges.

Participants will also be equipped with necessary skills to adapt, thrive and cultivate meaningful multi-generational co-operation at the workplace.

A catalyst of change

M.Y Accelerator aims to promote active volunteerism and develop a youth’s ability to lead positive community transformation.

We equip youths with essential skills and knowledge to identify community needs, and spearhead effective community service learning projects. This programme will bring youths through a series of bootcamps – to hear from industry experts and develop confidence, leadership & project management skills.

Connecting with youths around the globe

M.Y Global aims to develop our youths to be more ASEAN, China and India (ACI) savvy through experiential learning, digital engagement and hybrid programmes.

Youth are engaged through cross borders experiences to gain appreciation of different cultures, and create platforms for exchanges with our international YMCA network to make positive community transformation.

Engaging and equipping youth for career growth

M.Y Internship programme adopts a strong and intentional approach to equip and empower youths through providing a holistic professional internship and career counseling experience. Youth interns will be mentored  in both personal and professional areas to scale new heights as they enter the working world in this 21st Century.

Leave a mark in the young

M.Y Mentoring is a tailor-made school-based programme that focuses on providing a safe and nurturing space for students to share their experiences, thoughts and feelings while educating them on mental wellness and character development.

Under the guidance and encouragement from our volunteer youth mentors, students will be equipped to manage life challenges and build self-confidence through experiential learning and purposeful conversations.

Engaging youths with a purpose

With the increase in digital media consumption and social media usage, youths are becoming digitally connected, yet finding plenty of challenges in connecting socially and purposefully. M.Y YOUTHsync seeks to create a community where youths can gain awareness, understanding and insights into relevant topics through personal and open dialogue sessions.

We create a safe, non-judgmental environment for youths to participate and share their voice on topics close to their hearts, especially in areas of mental wellbeing and transitions to adulthood.

Empowering youths for the future

M.Y Mindspace seeks to provide youths going thrugh transition stages in their lives to be prepared in this volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world through mentoring sessions and accessibility to resources.

Mental Well-Being

M.Y PATH (Pave a Trail to Hope) connects underprivileged youth to focus on improving mental well-being and help-seeking behaviour through one-to-one mentoring and accessibility to resources such as psychometric assessments and counselling.

Age gracefully with us!

M.Y Healthy Seniors aims to provide regular sports-related programmes for seniors to promote mental and physical wellness

The M.Y HomeShine programme improves the living conditions of the destitute elderly, many of whom are frail and unable to maintain basic home cleanliness. By cleaning and refurbishing their homes, we make their homes, which are mostly rental and one-room flats, a better place to live in.

The M.Y Manna programme supplies basic groceries and toiletries to low income families on a monthly basis. On the first Saturday of each month, our Home Delivery Team delivers rations to the non-ambulant beneficiaries under our care. On the second and fourth Saturdays of the month, our volunteers serve the beneficiaries who come to collect their provisions at our centre located at 10/10A Lorong 37 Geylang, Singapore 387907.

Thrive with us

M.Y Wellness aims to develop our senior participants’ self-confidence and social skills through intentionally crafted activities. Join us for a healthy body, mind and spirit!
